Can I manage multiple companies of my own through DocStrat?

Yes, DocStrat allows you to manage multiple companies within a single platform. This means that you can navigate between your companies’ profiles, where you can oversee the operations of each entity. To access this feature, you will need a separate account for each company, or you will need an Enterprise license. Contact us for more information.

What can I automate in the contract cycle management with DocStrat?

From contract drafting to e-signatures, DocStrat offers automation features that help you do everything better and faster. You can automate template-based document generation, automatically send invoices, set up automated reminders, import contact details, and so much more.

What analytics and reporting tools are available in the Dashboard view?

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you access the platform. Here, you will be able to see the number of leads and clients, contracts signed and not signed, what your top clients are, how much money you received from them, what your income is, and what your business growth looks like. We also wanted to make you feel motivated every day, so we added a section for your Quote of the Day.

How many contacts can I have?

If you purchase a Basic license, you have access to 30 contacts. If you purchase a Standard, Team, or Enterprise license, you have access to an unlimited number of contacts that you can import.

Can my contacts be imported from a list or an Excel?

This is something we’re currently working on. However, if you want to upload data regarding a specific company, you can simply input the Tax Identification Number (TIN), and the system will automatically write all the necessary information.

Is there an automated option to import a contact’s details, or is manual entry required?

Yes, you can automatically import data regarding a company’s details by simply entering the Tax Identification Number (TIN). If you want to add information about an individual, you must do it manually.
