What is B2G, B2B, B2C?
These three abbreviations refer to the type of business partnership between two parties. In other words, who issues the invoice (the supplier), and who receives the invoice (the client).
B2G = Business to Government – from a private organization to a public institution
B2B = Business to Business – from a private organization to another private organization
B2C = Business to Customer – from a private organization to an individual.
Who Has To Issue An e-Invoice?
You must send an e-Invoice by the end of 2023 if:
- You are issuing invoices to public institutions or companies;
- You are selling products or services to an organization with a high fiscal risk;
- You are offering tourism services, and they were paid with holiday vouchers;
- Companies that provide services;
- Companies who are not paying VAT;
- You are mandated by contractual obligations or industry standards.
